Capita’s Support and Field Services
At Capita Managed IT Solutions we work with a wide range of customers across the UK and Ireland delivering flexible support and field services, from service desk to Field Engineer support. We provide desktop and server support, hardware and software break-fix and IMACD (installations, moves, adds, change and disposals) utilising both remote, field-based and on-site engineers. The engineering teams are supported centrally by a UK based ITIL service desk, service management, and resource scheduling teams, all of which are underpinned by leading service management systems.

Our team of qualified and experienced field-based engineers deliver storage, server, network and desktop break-fix services across the UK and Ireland.
Resource Planning and Dispatch
Capita Managed IT Solutions has a dedicated resource scheduling team who plan engineer and technical courier deployment, hardware exchanges, warranty support and WEEE disposal planning and management.
On-site Services - Engineers
Our Support and Field services include dedicated on-site engineers to provide desktop and server support, desk-side resolution, warranty and non-warranty hardware support, preventative maintenance, equipment testing, patching and security.
Desktop Hardware Break Fix
Includes device replacement services and desk side support for PCs, laptops, printers and point-of-sale hardware. Services include hardware exchanges, warranty and non-warranty hardware support, loan service, backup and restore, image and builds and preventative maintenance in addition to WEEE disposal, patching/security, end user training and consultancy.
Server and Network Break Fix
Capita Managed IT Solutions provides Server and network infrastructure support for SANs, LANs, Servers and Comms. We provide server-side and remote support, including diagnostics and mission-critical support, if and when required.
Project Deployment and Support
Our project deployment service includes end-user device rollouts, desktop imaging and data recovery, system and server deployments, site auditing, consultancy and post implementation floor walking.
