Capita Managed IT Solutions receives Customer First UK accreditation

The Capita Managed IT Solutions’ Customer Service Team completed a two day re-assessment audit on the 13th & 14th of June, with Customer First UK. Feedback from the auditor commended the practices and customer centric culture adopted company wide and that our greatest strength is the visible dedication and enthusiasm of our people. The Customer First accreditation is focused on three areas: building customer relationships, maximising market awareness and developing our people. It is extremely important as it demonstrates our commitment to customer service and our company ethos towards service excellence.
The accreditation is as much an award for the staff who deliver on this excellence, as the company for supporting them, and it is terrific that their continual efforts have been recognised. Well done to the Capita Managed IT Solutions’ customer services team and all staff who contributed to the assessment, this is a reflection of our continuous dedication to putting the customer first.
